Lean Classes
Dr. Sears L.E.A.N. classes cover Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. Dr. Thomas has four Certified L.E.A.N. coaches in his office. Complimenting Dr. Thomas' philosophy of healthy nutrition and lifestyle choices, these classes will help you:

  • Be your child's first teacher and role model for healthy living.
  • Learn ways to promote healthy food choices.
  • Help prevent obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
  • Incorporate fun activities and exercise into your daily routines.
  • Share ideas and gain support in an interactive class setting.

When: Wednesdays 7:00-9:00 pm, September 22nd, 29th, and October 6th.
(6 class sessions condensed into 3 days)
Where: Integrative Pediatrics Office
Who: Parents (class size limited to 8) Please don't bring children to this class.
Cost: $50 per person. An accompanying co-parent may attend for an additional $10.

Baby Groups Offered at Integrative Pediatrics
Well baby group classes are offered once a month on Thursdays 8:30-9:00 a.m., followed by your well-baby visit in the office. Classes will be limited to 4 infants with their parents and may be scheduled when you set up your well-child appointments for 2 month, 4 month, 6 month, and 9 month visits.

  • The class is given by one of our Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
  • Meet other parents with infants of similar ages.
  • Attend an informative class before your well-baby check-ups.
  • Discuss age appropriate development, safety tips, and play activities.
  • Review feeding and sleep expectations for your infant.
  • Share ideas with other parents.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in at the front registration desk as these classes will start promptly at 8:30a.m.

We look forward to adding this new service at no extra charge to your well-baby visits!

1st Thursdays
  2 month visit (infant must be between 6-10 weeks)
2nd Thursdays
  4 month visit
3rd Thursdays
  6 month visit
4th Thursdays
  9 month visit
